Please find below our rental terms and conditions, presented clearly for your convenience.
FULL INSURANCE (Optional Upgrade)
Full insurance with €0 excess is available for an additional €9 per day.
Insurance Coverage Includes:
- Theft and fire protection
- Tire and glass damage
- Situations where the vehicle is parked and you later find it scratched upon your return.
- Engine failure
- Medical coverage for the driver and all passengers, including full reimbursement of medical expenses
Third-Party Liability Insurance:
- Covers damages up to €1,300,000 if you are at fault
- Covers all medical and related costs if you are not at fault, including extended stay or repatriation if required
Exclusions:
Insurance does not apply in cases of:
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Reckless driving or violation of traffic laws
- Ignoring traffic signals or stop signs
In such cases, the renter is liable for damages.
Without the full insurance package, the renter’s maximum liability is €400.
With the €9/day full insurance, no excess applies.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum age: 20 years (Category B vehicles) with at least 1 year driving experience
- Maximum age: 75 years
- Drivers aged 20–23 require an additional €20/day insurance fee
- No additional fees for other age groups
DRIVING LICENSE
- A valid driving license (Category B or higher) held for at least 1 year is required
- Accepted licenses: EU, International, USA, Canada, Australia
- A photo of the driving license is acceptable if the original is not available
TRAFFIC FINES
- Any fines or violations must be reported to our office
- Our team will assist you with the process
MILEAGE POLICY
- Unlimited mileage included
TAXES
- All prices include 24% VAT
- Greek customers who require an invoice (τιμολόγιο) will be charged an additional 24% VAT.
ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
- Up to 3 additional drivers free of charge
ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

- Reservations are made by category, not specific model
- Specific models can be requested (subject to availability)

CAR REPLACEMENT
- Immediate replacement in case of breakdown or accident
- Subject to compliance with rental terms
BALOS LAGOON
- If you are planning to visit Balos, please note that standard vehicles are not suitable for this route. You will need to come to our office to exchange your car for a larger 4x4 vehicle.
- An additional charge of €40 applies for this upgrade.
CHILD SEATS
- Infant, baby, and booster seats available free of charge
FLIGHT DELAYS
- We monitor flight arrivals to ensure timely service. In case of any flight delay, there is no issue, we will be informed and will wait for you accordingly.
VEHICLE CONDITION
- All vehicles are modern, well-maintained, and regularly serviced
FUEL POLICY
- Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as received
- No refund for excess fuel
LOST KEYS
- Replacement costs are the renter’s responsibility
TIRE POLICY
- Repairable punctures are reimbursed upon presentation of a valid receipt.
• In the event of tire damage (e.g., blowout), the renter must contact our office immediately for assistance and replacement instructions.
• If the renter continues driving after a tire has been damaged and this results in further damage to the tire, wheel, or vehicle, all related costs will be the responsibility of the renter.
• Fully damaged tires caused by improper use or continued driving after a puncture/blowout are not covered by insurance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Free cancellation available via WhatsApp or phone
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
- Available at airports, ports, hotels, and agreed locations
- Contact us for special arrangements
FERRY & CROSS-BORDER USE
- Vehicles are not permitted to leave Crete
- Insurance becomes invalid if the vehicle leaves the island
RENTAL EXTENSION
- Extensions must be requested in advance
- Subject to vehicle availability
ACCIDENT PROCEDURE
- Contact us immediately via our 24/7 numbers, even for a small damage.
- Do not leave the scene without reporting
- Contact police if necessary
- Collect details of other parties involved
- If you notice a small scratch on the vehicle the next day at the place where you parked it, you must contact us immediately using our 24/7 available phone numbers and report the incident. If the vehicle is returned on the drop-off date with additional scratches that were not previously reported, the renter will be responsible for covering the full cost of the damages!
PROPER USE OF VEHICLE
Insurance is valid only if the terms are respected.
The renter is fully responsible for damages caused by:
- Driving off-road or on unauthorized routes (e.g., Balos Beach)
- Traffic violations or reckless driving
- Improper use (racing, commercial use, unauthorized drivers)
- Negligence or intentional damage
